Here are a few questions that are commonly asked! 

How long does shipping take?

Our mugs usually ship out within 5-7 days after your order. Processing times are longer during busy, holiday seasons (i.e. Christmas, Black Friday, etc). Shipping is not to be confused with the delivery date.

You will be notified of when your items ship via email. That email will also have your tracking information which will give you an estimate date of delivery.

Printable items do not require shipping so after you've purchased your printable file, you are able to immediately download them. No physical items will be shipped to you.

How does Free shipping work?

You are awarded for FREE shipping on all orders $149 or more on ALL products.

What do I do if I have a problem with my purchase?

Of course, as we try to be perfect with every order, however, we know it is impossible to be perfect. So if there is an issue with your purchase, we invite you to contact us. We'll be happy to help clear up any confusion and fix what we can. You can expect a reply within 48 hours.
